Alis Moon represents and advises employers in all areas of labor and employment law. Ms. Moon’s diverse practice includes litigating cases involving wage and hour claims, discrimination, sexual harassment, whistleblower claims, and wrongful discharge. Ms. Moon has represented employers in matters before state and federal courts and before the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE), the Equal Opportunity Employment Commission (EEOC), the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), and the Employment Development Department (EDD). Ms. Moon has also represented employers in claims brought under the California Labor Code Private Attorneys General Act of 2004 (PAGA).

In addition to her litigation work, Ms. Moon focuses on shielding employers from liability by providing advice and counsel in multiple areas of California employment laws, including wage and hour matters, discipline, termination, and employment policies and procedures.

Ms. Moon earned her Juris Doctor degree, graduating cum laude, from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law in Orange, California. During law school, Ms. Moon served as a Notes and Comments Editor on the Chapman Law Review.
